Salads ( Serves 30-40 portions)

These are all what we call “Heavy” Salads i.e. salads that have a substantial base that allows them to either accompany one of our main meals or flans, or they are filling enough to stand very much on their own if required. Any of our salads that we prepare for our restaurant can be supplied. Hover over any dish to find out more details:

Coleslaw(Shredded white cabbage, fresh carrots, mayonnaise made from pasteurised free range eggs)
Butter Bean(Organic butter beans, sweet peppers, courgettes, Sweetcorn, white wine vinegar, virgin olive oil, whole grain mustard)
Waldorf (Fresh apples, celery, walnuts, mayonnaise made from pasteurised free range eggs)
Quinoa (Organic quinoa, sun dried tomatoes, black olives, baby leeks, virgin olive oil, lemon juice, fresh flat parsley)
Potato (New potatoes, sweetcorn, mayonnaise made from pasteurised free range eggs, fresh chives)
Bean (Three different beans, red onion, tomato puree, flat parsley, virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar)
Beansprout (Organic Beansprouts, sweet green peppers, red onions,fresh basil, virgin olive oil, soy sauce)
Red Cabbage (Fresh shredded cabbage, beetroot, radishes, virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, fresh chives)
Bulgar (Organic bulgar wheat, sweet peppers, sweetcorn, toasted sunflower seeds, soy sauce, lemon juice, virgin olive oil)
Rice (Wholegrain rice, wild rice, sweet peppers, raisins, toasted pine nuts, white wine vinegar, virgin olive oil)
Lentil (Organic green lentils, grated carrot, red onion, grated cheese, virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar)
Tomato and Cucumber(Cubes of tomato and cucumber, fresh basil, garlic, white wine vinegar, virgin olive oil)
Pasta (Organic pasta twists, cheese cubes, sweet peppers, sweetcorn, toasted sunflower seeds, white wine vinegar, virgin olive oil)
