On Friday evening Summersault move over to a menu cooked from organic ingredients and offer a choice of 3 starters, 3 main meals and up to 10 puddings.

The following is an example of the Friday Menu: we change the menu every week.

Main Meal Choices

Mediterranean Open Pie

Organic sweet peppers, courgettes, aubergines, Red onions sautéed in olive oil and garlic and baked with black olives, fresh oregano, thyme and basil in puff pastry (vegan)

Macaroni and Fennel Bake

Macaroni pasta baked in a fresh fennel and cheese sauce with broccoli florets and baby button mushrooms, and topped with organic breadcrumbs flavoured with parsley and wholegrain mustard.

Potato Crust Vegetable Flan

Organic Cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, leeks baked with organic eggs in a dish lined with grated potato, Spanish onion and cheese.
